Item: Young Girl's Dress

This light blue dress was displayed at the 2006 reunion by our vice president, Peg (Grimm) Mansberry. She made it in 2001 for her granddaughter, Alyssa. Everyone at the family's church loved it so much that the decision was made to store it in a protective garment bag as a hand-me-down heirloom. Writes Peg, "I smile when I think of a little great-granddaughter or maybe even a great-great granddaughter wearing it someday and wondering about the grandma who made it." Peg is the great-granddaughter of Jennie (Enos) Snyder and the great-granddaughter of Joanna (Minerd) Enos of Normalville, PA.
