Pattern: Corn Crib
Quilter: Doris (Sands) Hawker

Doris (Sands) Hawker made this baby quilt in October 2005 in anticipation of the birth of her new great-grandchild. It measures 43 inches wide by 35 inches high. Called a "corn crib" pattern, it is made in four patch blocks with a yellow border and blue binding. Doris, our reunion treasurer, is the daughter of the late Robert and Alma (Ream) Sands of Confluence, Somerset County, PA.
