Maggie Brown was the daughter of James R. and Lydia (Miner) Brown.
Little is known of her short life.
Her birthplace is unknown.
She died in Iowa most likely in in DeSoto, Dallas County (1868-1877) or Montezuma, Poweshiek County (1877-1879) sometime before her parents moved to Kansas.
