James Minerd Jr., son of James & Sarah (Walters) Minerd Sr. of Wharton Furnace, PA.  Co. I, 85th Pennsylvania Infantry. Wounded at Strawberry Plains/Deep Bottom, VA. 

Jeremiah Minard, son of Burket and Susan (Hartzell) Minerd of Kingwood, WV. 48th New York Infantry, Co. D. Wounded at Olustee, FL and Chester Heights, VA and injured at Petersburg, VA.

Levi Miner, son of Frederick and Elizabeth Miner III. Co. H, 11th Pennsylvania Infantry. Wounded at 2nd Manassas/Bull Run.

William Minerd, son of James & Sarah (Walters) Minerd Sr. of Wharton Furnace, PA.  Co. I, 85th Pennsylvania Infantry. Wounded in camp at Bermuda Hundred, VA (likely self-inflicted).

Capt. James Eyster Murdock Sr., son of John S. & Rebecca (Miner) Murdock of Kingwood, WV. Captain, Co. A, 7th West Virginia Infantry. Woundedat Fredericksburg, Cold Harbor, Gettysburg and Williamsburg, VA.

Robert Rankin, husband of Hester Ann Minerd of Farmington, PA.  Battery K, 2nd Pennsylvania Artillery. Wounded at Petersburg, VA.

Norman Bruce Ream, son of Levi and Hila (King) Ream. 85th Pennsylvania Infantry. Wounded at White Marsh, GA and The Wilderness.

Andrew Jackson Rose Sr., husband of Susanna Minerd of Kingwood, PA.  142nd Pennsylvania Infantry. Lost an arm at Gettysburg.

Simon Shaulis, husband of Harriet Weyand of Somerset, PA. 142nd Pennsylvania Infantry. Wounded in the groin at Fredericksburg and three times at Gettysburg.   

Silas Younkin, husband of Zobeidi Jane "Betty" (Ream) Colborn of Confluence, PA. 133rd Pennsylvania Infantry. Wounded at Chancellorsville.
